Belgian Chocolate Chip Pecan Biscotto Our gourmet biscotti are truly authentic Italian biscotti. They are meticulously handmade using our own traditional family biscotti recipes, as well as recipes that are our own special sweet creations. These flavorful biscotti are all natural and made from only the finest ingredients, including real butter, pure extracts, fine Callebaut Belgian chocolate, and generous amounts of perfectly roasted nuts, for a taste and texture that are truly extraordinary. Our homemade biscotti are softer than most biscotti on the market, yet perfectly dunkable!

Varieties include chocolate chip pecan (above right), anisette, double chocolate hazelnut, toasted almond, chocolate dark chocolate (triple chocolate), chocolate white chocolate, double chocolate mocha, white chocolate macadamia, almond anise, and more.

Our luxurious chocolate iced biscotti (also known as chocolate dipped biscotti) are generously iced by hand using real Belgian chocolate for a sweeter taste of the traditional. Our hand-written "love" biscotto (pictured left) is an elegant version of our chocolate iced biscotti and is perfect as a wedding favor or bridal party favor!

Our premium handmade Belgian chocolates are handcrafted with attention to detail with the gourmet chocolate lover in mind. From our passion for chocolate comes the creation of some of the best chocolates available. We use only premium ingredients. No waxes, hydrogenated oils, fillers, or preservatives are added.

Taste nirvana... We use Callebaut chocolate -- one of the finest Belgian chocolates -- for smooth texture and tremendous taste. You won't find a smoother, creamier milk chocolate, a richer, more full-bodied dark chocolate, or a truer, more flavorful white chocolate. Our choice to use Callebaut chocolate is the result of our extensive comparison of the world's finest chocolates.

Some of our handmade Belgian chocolate confections are variations of old favorites, while others are new taste sensations. From our always popular chocolate covered pretzels, to our sophisticated chocolate dipped dried fruit, to our irresistible chocolate laced popcorn... we have sweet creations that are sure to please everyone.

Our chocolate dipped fresh fruit is hand-dipped using premium European chocolate. We offer eight varieties of including strawberry, banana, pineapple, grape, apple, pear, orange, and kiwi. Our unique sweet creations include: pineapple with shredded coconut, banana with chopped peanuts, and orange with slivered almonds for extraordinary flavor combinations you won't find anywhere else.

Our chocolate dipped fruit is prepared only hours in advance of your event to ensure maximum freshness.
