ABOUT OUR COMPANY...
Q. What makes your products different from the local bakery
or chocolate shop and the big biscotti and chocolate companies?
A. Our products are
completely handmade by us in small batches using only the finest ingredients.
Even our chocolate biscotti contain Belgian chocolate. Ask your local bakery,
Italian or otherwise, whether they use Belgian chocolate in their biscotti. We
bet they don’t. As for the big companies, their products are mass-produced by
machines. Most of big chocolate companies do not use Belgian chocolate. In
fact, we can’t think of any that do.

Q. How can I place an order?
A. There is a few
ways in which you can order from us:
- You can order online. We accept PayPal. Even if you don't have a PayPal
account, you can still use your credit card through PayPal to pay for your
order. This service is FREE.

- You can email your order to us at

Q. How long does it take to ship/deliver an order after it is
placed?
A. If the order is
placed by noon, it usually takes 1-2 business days, except for custom orders,
large orders, orders placed at holiday time, and out-of-stock items. If
you need a rush order, contact us -- we will do our best to get the order out
faster.
Q. I live outside the United States, but I want to have
something shipped or delivered in the U.S. I am having trouble with PayPal.
According to PayPal, the billing and shipping address must be in the SAME
country. How can I place this order?
A. Yes, this is how
PayPal is set up. However, we contacted them about this. There is
how PayPal recommends getting around it: Make the billing and shipping address
the same. Send an email to us indicating your real intention. We'll
take it from there and we will contact you to confirm.

BELGIAN CHOCOLATES...
Q. What type of chocolate do
you use?
A. We use Callebaut
chocolate, one of the finest Belgian Chocolates. Callebaut chocolate real
chocolate and is used by the finest pastry chefs and premium chocolate shops in
the world.
Q. What is meant by "real chocolate"?
A. Real chocolate is "tempered chocolate" and requires special equipment and
expert care in the production phase. Real chocolate is required to contain
certain ingredients including cocoa butter and cocoa liquor. Most companies say
they use chocolate but in fact use "coating compounds" which contain vegetable
oils or even wax. Other companies use some cocoa butter and/or cocoa liquor in
combination with oils and/or waxes.
Q. What is the cocoa content of your chocolate?
A. Dark Chocolate.....52.9%
Milk Chocolate......31.7%
White Chocolate...28.1%
Q. Do you ship chocolate in the
summer?
A. Unfortunately,
no. Between May and September, we cannot guarantee your chocolate order
will not melt. This is why we close for the summer
starting around Memorial Day and reopen just after Labor Day.
Q. How should chocolate be stored?
A. Chocolate retains its freshest best at room temperature. Refrigerating
(except for chocolate dipped fruit) or freezing chocolate is not recommended.
Q. Do you provide sugar-free chocolate for your products?
A. Not at this time.

Q. I am watching my calories and fat intake. I want to
include gourmet biscotti in my diet to treat myself once in a while. Can
I get nutritional information about your biscotti?
A. Yes. Send an

ABOUT OUR CHOCOLATE
DIPPED FRESH FRUIT...
Q. How long does your chocolate
covered fruit last?
A. Although we use
the freshest fruit we can find, how long it stays fresh depends on the type of
fruit. Chocolate dipped grapes, for example, may last up to one week in the
refrigerator, while chocolate dipped strawberries will last up to 3 days.
Refrigeration will lengthen the shelf life of chocolate dipped fruit.
Q. Do you ship chocolate
covered fruit?
A. Unfortunately,
no. Chocolate dipped fruit is only available locally. Because we
cannot guarantee the condition of the product when it arrives, we prefer not to
ship chocolate dipped fruit. After all, we literally put our name on our
products. If the product isn't as fresh as it can be, we would rather not
sell it. Please consider one of our gourmet products.
Q. We want to order a chocolate dipped fruit party tray, but
we only want chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolate dipped grapes.
Can we do that?
A. Yes.
Chocolate dipped fruit trays usually contain at least four types of fruit.
If you want specific types of fruit, let us know.
Q. How much lead time do you need to prepare a chocolate
dipped fruit party tray?
A. Chocolate
dipped fruit for your order is made especially for your order. We
request at least two weekdays notice and appreciate early ordering, especially
before major gift-giving holidays!

suggestions?
A. Absolutely!

Is there a charge for it?
A. Yes, please fill
in the gift card information during the order process. There is never a charge for

Q. Can we get personalized favors for our upcoming wedding,

A. Yes.
We offer
personalized ribbon
as well as personalized favor boxes. (Non-personalized favors are also
available.)
Q. I need suggestions and pricing on custom favors.
Can I get a consultation?
A. Yes.

Q. How much lead time do you need for favors?
A. It depends
on the complexity and size of the order. Generally, three
to four weeks is sufficient for non-personalized favors.
Five to six weeks (or more) is preferred for personalized favors.
Large favor
orders may require additional time. Favor orders dues in December will
require additional time since it is our busiest time. Please contact us

don't know how much to order. Can you help me with this?
A. Yes.
Contact us and we will suggest how much product to order based on the number of
